Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required

Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be approved.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will review and resolve eligible claims as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or eligible item exchange:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Shipping Responsibility
LMG Originals® is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing or shipment preparation.
Once production or fulfillment begins, orders cannot be canceled.
