At LMG Originals®, every order is prepared with care and intention. We are committed to delivering your pieces as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

How Your Order Is Fulfilled

To bring you the best quality and selection, select LMG Originals® pieces are produced and shipped directly by trusted production partners, while others ship from us directly.

Please note:

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages
Each package will have its own tracking number
Packaging may vary depending on where your piece is produced
Pieces purchased at our pop-up events can be taken home the same day

Processing Times

Our in-house orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, limited releases, or promotional periods
Pre-order, made-to-order, and partner-produced items may require additional production time
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and available shipping methods.

In-Stock Merchandise

For merchandise shipped directly by LMG Originals®, estimated domestic delivery is 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Select LMG Originals® products are made to order and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner.

Most print-on-demand products require approximately 2 to 5 business days for production, followed by an estimated 3 to 8 business days for domestic shipping, depending on the product, destination, and shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

All processing and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Specialty products, high-volume periods, carrier delays, and circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

Some LMG Originals® collections are produced in limited quantities or offered as pre-orders.

For pre-order items:

Estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page
Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items
Production timelines are subject to change based on manufacturing or supply chain conditions

Tracking Information

Once your package ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If your order ships in more than one package, you will receive tracking for each. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

LMG Originals® is not responsible for:

Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
Lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect customer information

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately via our Contact page. Because many pieces go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a reshipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

LMG Originals® is not liable for:

Carrier delays
Packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen
Delivery issues caused by weather or third-party shipping providers

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact LMG Originals® via our Contact page.

Include your order number, shipping address, and a brief description of the issue.

We may ask you to contact the shipping carrier or assist in opening a delivery investigation.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we will work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping Delays

LMG Originals® makes every effort to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframes provided.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to production schedules, high order volumes, holidays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

For merchandise fulfilled through our production partner, additional delays may occur during production or fulfillment.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you of the revised shipping date and provide applicable options to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the shipping carrier's operations.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
