Please note:

• Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, limited releases, or promotional periods

• Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional production time

• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Shipping destination

• Package weight

• Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

• International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances.

Some LMG Originals® collections are produced in limited quantities or offered as pre-orders.

For pre-order items:

• Estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page

• Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available

• Production timelines are subject to change based on manufacturing or supply chain conditions

Once your package has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

• Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

• Lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect customer information
