We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags must remain attached

• Items must be free of fragrances, stains, or visible wear

Restocking Fee

Returns not related to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

LMG Originals® is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
